First step to determine an individual filing requirement is by reviewing

• Filing Status

• Your Age

• Income

• Dependency Status

• and any other special requirements

 

Note: Any minor individual who has worked for an income is eligible to file a return, but must file by paper for their first federal tax return. This can be completed and printed for US mailing services.
